油霧產(chǎn)生的原因及危害

    油霧凈化器是一種應用于機械加工中用冷卻劑冷卻工件而產(chǎn)生煙霧的收集設備,設備體積小,收集效率高達95%以上,可以應用于機械加工中各種油霧/煙氣的收集處理。

    一般情況下,機械霧化過程產(chǎn)生的油霧主要以液滴形態(tài)存在,液滴直徑范圍較寬,通常為2-10um。蒸發(fā)產(chǎn)生的油蒸汽在冷凝過程中也會形成直徑非常細小的冷凝懸浮體,粒徑通常為2um以下。

    油蒸汽和大顆粒液滴對人體肺部的危害相對較小。以油蒸汽形態(tài)存在的油霧被吸入肺部又被呼出,它們并不會被肺泡捕獲,而大顆粒的油滴無法通過鼻子和支氣管進入肺部。只有以液滴形式存在,且直徑小于5um的油霧顆粒才能順利到達肺泡,并在肺部沉淀,從而造成對人體的危害。
