The smoke exhausting fan can adopt centrifugal or axial flow exhaust fan (meet the requirement of continuous working 30min at 280 degrees C). The smoke exhaust fan at the entrance of the exhaust fan should be set up automatically and interlock and close the exhaust fan. The 4.4.2 exhaust wind machine should be set at the top of the exhaust system. The flue gas exit should be upwards, and should be higher than the inlet air inlet of the pressure fan. The vertical distance should not be less than 3m or the horizontal distance should not be less than 10m. When a smoke vent or smoke valve is opened, smoke exhaust fans should be able to start automatically.

1.排煙風機應(yīng)設(shè)置在專用的風機房內(nèi)或室外屋面上，風機房應(yīng)采用耐火極限不低于2.0h的隔墻和1.5h的樓板及防火門與其它部位隔開。當條件受到限制時，可設(shè)置在專用空間內(nèi)，空間四周的圍護結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)采用耐火極限不低于1.0h的不燃燒體，風機兩側(cè)應(yīng)有600mm以上的空間。當必須與其他風機合用機房時，應(yīng)符合下列條件：

2.排煙管道必須采用不燃材料制作，當采用金屬管道時，管道內(nèi)風速不宜大于20m/s；當采用內(nèi)表面光滑的混凝土等非金屬材料管道時，不宜大于15m/s。4.4.5當?shù)蹴攦?nèi)有可燃物時，吊頂內(nèi)的排煙管道應(yīng)采用不燃燒材料進行隔熱，并應(yīng)與可燃物保持不小于150mm的距離。

5.排煙井道應(yīng)采用耐火極限不小于1h的隔墻與相鄰區(qū)域分隔；當墻上必須設(shè)置檢修門時，應(yīng)采用丙級防火門；水平排煙管道穿越防火墻時，應(yīng)設(shè)排煙防火閥；當穿越兩個及兩個以上防火分區(qū)或排煙管道在走道的吊頂內(nèi)時，其管道的耐火極限不應(yīng)小于1h；排煙管道不應(yīng)穿越前室或樓梯間，如確有困難必須穿越時，其耐火極限不應(yīng)小于2h。
