I. process requirements

1、裝置風管前，應將圖紙與施工現場進行核對，查看能否按規(guī)劃的標高和方位進行裝置；

2、運用紅外線定位放線，保證風管的間隔及直線度，并按風管的中心線，找出吊桿裝置方位， 進行支吊架裝置；

2. Use infrared positioning and setting-out to ensure the air pipe spacing and straightness, and according to the central line of the air pipe, find out the suspender device orientation, support and hanger device;

3、風管體系的各部分尺度和視點承認準確無誤后，開端組對裝置，風管的銜接應平直、不歪曲，且銜接法蘭的螺母應在同一側；

3. After the scale and viewpoint of each part of the air duct system are admitted to be accurate, the connection of the air duct should be straight and not distorted, and the nut of the connecting flange should be on the same side.

4、風管與風管法蘭間的墊片選用厚3mm及以上的耐熱橡膠板，墊片不該凸入管內，亦不宜杰出法蘭，且墊片中不該含有石棉及其它有害成分，且應耐油耐潮耐酸堿腐蝕；

5、風管裝置時，有必要堅持風管中心線的水平，裝置一段風管后運用水平尺丈量水平；風管長度超越20m時，有必要設置防晃支架，且每個體系不少于一副；

6、在風管穿過需求關閉的防火、防爆的墻體或樓板時，應設預埋管或防護套管，其鋼板厚度為2mm。風管與防護套管之間，應用不燃且對人體無損害的柔性資料封堵；

7、各類風管部件及操作組織的裝置，先查看閥門外形及操作組織是否完好，查看動作的靈活性，承認閥門各方面正常之后再進行裝置裝置方向、方位應正確，在閥門操作組織一側應少有350mm的凈空間，以便操作、檢修；防火分區(qū)隔墻兩邊的防火閥，間隔墻體外表不該大于200mm；

7. 8、防火排煙風管的支吊架有必要獨自設置，支管、管道式消聲器、消聲器彎頭、防火閥有必要獨自設置支、吊架；

二.質量操控關鍵

Two. Key to quality control

1、風管內禁止有雜物或其它管線穿越，并做好清潔和維護作業(yè)；

2、支吊架下沿和外緣與接觸網帶電體(含承力索,下饋線等)間隔有必要堅持大于230mm,并應嚴厲依照限界要求施行；

It is necessary to insist that the safety interval between the lower edge and outer edge of the support hanger and the charged body of the catenary (including the load-bearing cable, the lower feeder line, etc.) be greater than 230mm, and it should be strictly carried out in accordance with the requirements of the limit.

3、銜接螺栓應為鍍鋅螺栓，一起有必要裝備相應的平墊、彈墊和螺母；

6、風管在穿過墻體或樓板處不得設置接口，風管沿墻體或樓板裝置時，間隔墻面、樓板的間隔應大于150mm；

7、風閥的電動執(zhí)行組織裝置有必要可靠固定，禁止隨意放置在風管上；

8、手動密閉閥裝置，閥門上標志的箭頭方向有必要與受沖擊波方向共同；

9、現場風管接口的裝備，不得縮小其有用截面；

10、、空調風管支吊架應設不燃絕熱墊防止產生冷橋，絕熱墊應在支吊架制造時錨固在橫擔上；

11、對體系風管的檢測，宜選用分段檢測、匯總剖析的辦法。在嚴厲裝置質量管理的基礎上，體系風管的檢測以總管和干管為主。當選用漏光法檢測體系的嚴密性時，低壓體系風管以每 10m 接縫，漏光點不大于 2 處，且100m 接縫均勻不大于 16處為合格；中壓體系風管每 10m接縫，漏光點不大于 1 處，且 100m 接縫均勻不大于 8 處為合格。

11, for the detection of system air duct, we should choose the method of sectional detection and summary analysis. On the basis of strict quality control, the detection of system duct is mainly composed of main pipe and dry pipe. When the tightness of the system is checked by leak light method, the air duct of low pressure system is qualified with every 10 m joint, no more than 2 leak points, and no more than 16 100 m joints; the air duct of medium pressure system is qualified with every 10 m joint, no more than 1 leak point, and no more than 8 100 m joints.

三.制品維護措施

1、風管轉移裝卸應輕拿輕放，不得在地面上拖拽，并防止磕碰，摔絆；不得損壞法蘭鍍鋅層，如有劃傷應補漆完好；

1. Air pipes should be handled lightly, not dragged on the ground, and prevent knocking, tripping; not damage the galvanized flange coating, if scratched, should be repaired in good condition;

2、風管吊裝過程中，兩頭未銜接處有必要用塑料薄膜封住，風管上風口裝置前相同需用塑料薄膜封住，透明膠帶粘貼好，以防塵埃進入；

3、關于穿越設備管理用房風管，穿墻部位距墻500mm以內有必要用塑料薄膜做好維護，以防土建施工單位灰料污染風管；
