　　1、凈化空調(diào)系統(tǒng)用風(fēng)管：鍍鋅板、不銹鋼;(使用中可能出現(xiàn)塵源污染的玻璃鋼、復(fù)合材料禁用)

　　4. Air duct for industrial ventilation system: steel plate, galvanized sheet; (Libo air duct. Plastic, FRP, composite materials can be used)

　　注：玻璃鋼風(fēng)管可分有機(jī)、無(wú)機(jī)二種，根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范有消防要求的禁用有機(jī)材質(zhì);

　　化學(xué)清洗：化學(xué)清洗管道是采用化學(xué)藥劑，對(duì)管道進(jìn)行臨時(shí)的改造，用臨時(shí)管道和循環(huán)泵站從管道的兩頭進(jìn)行循環(huán)化學(xué)清洗。該技術(shù)具有靈活性強(qiáng)，對(duì)管道形狀無(wú)要求，速度快，清洗徹底等特點(diǎn)。

　　Chemical cleaning: Chemical cleaning pipeline is a temporary transformation of the pipeline using chemicals, and chemical cleaning is carried out from both ends of the pipeline by temporary pipeline and circulating pump station. The technology has the characteristics of flexibility, no requirement for pipe shape, fast speed and thorough cleaning.

　　高壓水清洗：采用50Mpa以上的高壓水射流，對(duì)管道內(nèi)表面污垢進(jìn)行高壓水射流剝離清洗。該技術(shù)主要用于短距離管道，并且管道直徑必須大于50cm以上。該技術(shù)具有速度快，成本低等特點(diǎn)。

　　High-pressure water cleaning: High-pressure water jet above 50 Mpa is used to peel off the dirt on the inner surface of the pipeline. This technology is mainly used for short distance pipeline, and the diameter of pipeline must be more than 50 cm. The technology has the characteristics of high speed and low cost.

　　PIG清管：PIG工業(yè)清管技術(shù)是依靠泵推動(dòng)流體產(chǎn)生的推動(dòng)力驅(qū)動(dòng)PIG(清管器)在管內(nèi)向前推動(dòng)，將堆積在管線內(nèi)的污垢排出管外，從而達(dá)到清洗的目的。該技術(shù)被廣泛用于各類(lèi)工藝管道、油田輸油輸汽管道等清洗工程，特別是對(duì)于長(zhǎng)距離輸送流體的管道清洗，具有其他技術(shù)無(wú)法替代的優(yōu)勢(shì)。

　　PIG Pigging: PIG industrial pigging technology relies on the driving force generated by the pump to drive the PIG (Pigging Device) forward in the pipe, and discharges the dirt accumulated in the pipeline outside the pipe, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning. This technology is widely used in various cleaning projects such as process pipelines and oil and gas pipelines in oil fields. Especially for long-distance pipeline cleaning, it has advantages that other technologies can not replace.
