1、風(fēng)機(jī)、空調(diào)機(jī)組、風(fēng)機(jī)盤等設(shè)備的支、吊架設(shè)計(jì)要求設(shè)置隔振器，其品種、規(guī)格應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)及產(chǎn)品技術(shù)文件要求。

1. The supports and hangers of fans, air conditioning units, fan panels and other equipment shall be designed with vibration isolators, and their varieties and specifications shall meet the requirements of the design and product technical documents.

2、風(fēng)管支丶吊架宜按國標(biāo)圖集與規(guī)范選用強(qiáng)度和剛度相適應(yīng)的形式和規(guī)格，對(duì)于直徑或邊長大于2500㎜的超寬、超重特殊風(fēng)管的支、吊架應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)定。

2. The support and hanger of air duct shall be in the form and specification corresponding to the strength and stiffness according to the national standard atlas and specifications. The support and hanger of ultra wide and overweight special air duct with diameter or side length greater than 2500 mm shall be in accordance with the design regulations.

3、風(fēng)管垂直安裝，間距不應(yīng)大于4m，單根直管少應(yīng)有2個(gè)固定點(diǎn)。

3. The air duct shall be installed vertically, the spacing shall not be greater than 4m, and a single straight pipe shall have at least 2 fixing points.

4、當(dāng)水平懸吊的主、干風(fēng)管長度超過20m時(shí)應(yīng)設(shè)置防止擺動(dòng)的固定點(diǎn)，每個(gè)系統(tǒng)不應(yīng)少于1個(gè)。

4. When the length of horizontally suspended main and main air ducts exceeds 20m, fixed points to prevent swing shall be set, and each system shall not be less than 1.

5、吊架的螺孔應(yīng)采用機(jī)械加工，吊桿應(yīng)平直，螺紋完整、光潔。

6、支、吊架不宜設(shè)置在風(fēng)口、閥門、檢查門及自控機(jī)構(gòu)處，離風(fēng)口或插接管的距離不宜小于200mm。

7、長度超過20m的水平懸吊風(fēng)管，應(yīng)設(shè)置少1個(gè)防晃支架。

8、安裝后各副支、吊架的受力應(yīng)均勻，無明顯變形，風(fēng)管或空調(diào)設(shè)備使用的可調(diào)隔振支、吊架的拉伸或壓縮量應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)的要求進(jìn)行調(diào)整。

8. After installation, the stress of each auxiliary support and hanger shall be uniform without obvious deformation.
