廚房空調通風系統(tǒng)采用形式

廚房空調系統(tǒng)不宜采用風機盤管系統(tǒng),因為廚房內油煙、水蒸氣較多,長期循環(huán)室內污濁空氣勢必造成油煙附著在盤管表面,使其傳熱系數(shù)大大降低,冷卻效果越來越差,以致不能使用。

廚房送風包括兩部分:室外新風和空調風。

(1)室外新風。室外新風通過軸流或離心風機經風管送入靠近爐灶處.主要起到補風作用。新風位置要適當,送風切不能在廚師頭頂或頸后直吹,否則會造成不舒適,嚴重的會引起廚師職業(yè)病。送風口距廚師約1.5m較合適。
