排煙管道設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)要求

通風(fēng)設(shè)備壓縮機(jī)正常范圍:壓縮機(jī)在夏季制冷狀態(tài)下,排氣溫度比較高,不可用手觸摸。制冷系統(tǒng)的排氣溫度不超過125℃左右。故障:排氣溫度超高原因,是壓縮機(jī)的吸氣溫度超高,或是冷凝溫度超高所造成,必須引起注意。上海風(fēng)管加工排氣溫度過低,手摸排氣管不燙手,這說明吸氣溫度特別低,壓縮機(jī)可能濕行程運(yùn)行或系統(tǒng)制冷劑特少情況下運(yùn)行。壓縮機(jī)濕行程運(yùn)行容易損壞閥結(jié)構(gòu);制冷劑特少情況運(yùn)行,會(huì)影響電動(dòng)機(jī)的繞組散熱,加速絕緣材料的老化。
