工藝原理：在鍍鋅板 風管產(chǎn)品標準的基礎上，選用氬弧焊焊接1.0厚不銹鋼鋼板矩形 風管。氬弧焊不僅用以風管的橫向連接，還用以風管的縱向拼湊，即風管接頭均采用氬弧焊焊接。風管選用不銹鋼角鋼框架和斜角加固法，選用不銹鋼板加固，以保障風管的剛度要求。
Process principle: on the basis of the product standard of galvanized sheet air duct, argon arc welding of 1.0 thick stainless steel rectangular air duct is selected. Argon arc welding is not only used for the horizontal connection of the air duct, but also for the longitudinal splicing of the air duct, that is, the air duct joints are welded by argon arc welding. 不銹鋼風管組對，設定加強架：切割好材料后設定2個不銹鋼板組，焊接前在好風管組上設定已制做好的加強架。風管縱向焊接：固定風管夾具，縱向焊接風管。風管縱向焊縫為角焊縫。那么，不銹鋼風管的制造要點是什么呢？

風管側(cè)焊：風管翻邊高度保持在15mm。假如翻邊太小，不僅不便焊接操作和夾具應用，并且焊接時容易將高溫轉(zhuǎn)移風管上，導致風管形變。假如翻邊太大，材料便會消耗。
Side welding of air duct: the flanging height of air duct shall be kept at 15mm. If the flanging is too small, it is not only inconvenient for welding operation and fixture application, but also easy to transfer high temperature to the air duct during welding, resulting in air duct deformation. If the flanging is too large, the material will be consumed.
焊接鋼筋骨架:將設置好的不銹鋼角鋼框架移各節(jié)流管橫向翻邊接頭處，用夾具夾緊，風管橫向翻邊接頭與不銹鋼筋焊接框架。這樣可以避免角鐵與風管直接焊接引起的形變。因為不銹鋼角鋼加固框架只是起加以固定功效，不銹鋼角鋼加固框架與風管翻邊的焊接可采取中斷焊接。然后對不銹鋼風管開展酸洗鈍化處理，以提升風管的防腐特性。
